Developed by TimHillOne Software, this application is a 16-channel h264 remote video surveillance program that will work on all versions of the Microsoft-developed Windows operating system. This includes the old XP, Windows Vista, and the latest iteration, Windows 7. All you have to do is download and install the application – speaking of which, the download weighs in at little over 4MB, so it should complete in no time at all. It will download in a blink even if you’re on a lousy internet connection.

Once downloaded and installed, H264 WebCam will capture images from directly connected cameras (both USB and analog), TV boards, capture cards, network IP cameras, and so on. The software application will capture images at 30 fps (frames per second). Furthermore, it can take the images and audio it captures and send them over the internet to a specific location – which is great if you want to create a webpage for you surveillance system.

There are 4 versions of H264 WebCam available for you. H264 WebCam Free, Standard, Pro and Deluxe. H264 WebCam Deluxe is feature-complete. The Pro version lacks just one feature: apply h264 user name (DDNS), so don't need IP address to be connected.
